Stewart-Warner R-169 (1936)
(wood tube table radio w/SW)

Stewart-Warner R-169 (1936)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This is a glorious radio with its unusual cube shape, bright green tuning eye tube, huge magnificent multi-colored dial and fine veneers. Take a look at the picture of the front as it appears in a dark room? It's almost chilling, it's so very beautiful. These just don't come up very often, so I strongly suggest that if you like it, better buy it very quickly before it's gone! The cabinet has been lovingly restored to closely match the color combinations as when it was new. The chassis has been electrically restored and the radio plays very well on the AM broadcast band and its two shortwave bands. This will be the focus point of any room and any collection. 13-1/2"W x 11-1/4"H x 9-1/2"D.
