Airline 62-467 (1937)
(wood tube table radio w/SW)

Airline 62-467 (1937)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This is without a doubt one of the most beautiful Eye Tube radios from Airline I have ever seen. It is absolutely gorgeous, completely stunning! It is commonly known as a "Tele-Dial" radio, made by only a handful of manufacturers in the day. The station inserts were previously removed from the dial, however, it retains the station indicators and may be very easily tuned by either the dial itself or by the tuning knob, which is quite convenient. This radio is a boomer, meaning it plays with lots of volume, either on the AM Broadcast Band or the Shortwave Band and its reception of both strong and weak stations is Excellent. The wooden cabinet's finish is in very nice condition and was carefully polished. The electronics have been restored, plus the Eye Tube is new and Bright. You'll really enjoy owning this one! 21-1/2"W x 12"H x 10-1/4"D.
