Silvertone 6120A (1939)
(wood tube table radio w/SW)

Silvertone 6120A (1939)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This is one of the most beautiful Silvertone radios ever produced. The cabinet was designed by Ingraham, which did their cabinetwork only for high-end notable manufacturers. The cabinet design with fine veneers speaks volumes of Art Deco influence. Note the wrap around speaker grille, station push buttons with station IDs, nice new dial cover to show off that bright green magic eye tube! The wonderful green glow of the tuning eye makes this radio a delight to look at and listen to in a dimly lit room with your friends. You know this must have been a real family favorite many years ago, and the focus of any room where it was enjoyed. I have not recently seen another Silvertone as beautiful and lovely as this one, so if you like it, better go ahead and buy it while it is still available. The cabinet has been lovingly restored to closely match the color combinations as when it was new. The chassis has been electrically restored and the radio plays very well on the AM broadcast band and its shortwave band. Make this Silvertone the focus of your collection. 14-3/4"W x 9"H x 6-1/2"D.
