Detrola 146 (1937)

Detrola 146 (1937)
Beautiful example of one of the most highly regarded manufacturers of its day, Detrola Radio and Television of Detroit, MI, which also made radios for several other companies such as Truetone and a few others. This is a recent restore inside and out. It plays very well on broadcast, even picked up some SW with longer antenna. This is a two-band (2xSW), but not much on SW now days. Grille cloth, knobs, dial and cover all appear to be original and really shows well (plug and play). It also maintains the large original Rola speaker in great condition. You will not be disappointed in this set. 17-1/2"W x 11-3/4"H x 9"D.  $429.00. (1640078)
