Crosley 148 Cathedral (1931)
(wood tube cathedral radio)

Crosley 148 Cathedral (1931)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Beautiful "mini" cathedral made by Crosley of Cincinnati, Ohio. This five-tube ("fiver") radio has been completely rebuilt electronically and the radio plays very well, picking up all my local stations and beyond using short antenna (included, but not pictured). Cabinet has been very nicely refinished and has new period correct grille cloth, original knobs, escutcheon, speaker, etc. and nice clean chassis. Additionally, please take a look at that large globe 80, which is strong and very nice. A great example for the Crosley collector and rather inexpensive if looking for a Great Christmas present. Ready to plug and play/display. Weight 13 lbs; 14"H x 11-1/2"W x 8"D.
