RCA Victor 40X-55 (1939)

RCA Victor 40X-55 (1939)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!
Here is a nice little honey maple wood cabinet five-tube radio from RCA. It has been refinished and electronically restored. It has the original back and a built-in antenna. It has the "wavy grille" speaker front and wood handle as well. It plays out on local stations and picks up more if you add a long wire antenna to it. It has a new cord for safety. This is the same chassis RCA used in the "World's Fair," "La Siesta," "Treasure Chest" and "San Francisco Expo" radios, so they got a lot of mileage out of it. 9"W x 6"H x 6"D.
