THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This is a hard one to find! It is a Deco design little five-tube, AM-SW radio from Pilot on Long Island, NY. It has a black & ivory Plaskon case with no cracks or hairlines. It has the original knobs and back. There is a scratch on the metal dial face where the dial needle scraped it at one time. It has a new dial cover, the speaker has been re-coned and a new polarized AC cord installed for safety. I went through the chassis and replaced filters, caps, and weak tubes. It has been aligned as well. It plays out with a nice mellow tube sound when a long wire antenna is attached. This would make a great addition to your Deco radio collection or just play it at home or office. 8-1/2"W x 6-1/2"H x 5-1/2"D.
