Montgomery Ward offered this Airline brand radio in its 1948 catalog, and this is a nicely preserved example of a popular five-tube set. It's a strong player across the dial. Good-tested tubes, new capacitors and a new line cord complete this restoration. The cabinet is striking, all original natural marble swirled finish with a metal logo medallion nicely mounted between the bullet shaped knobs. No cracks!
