This streamlined five-tube Sentinel is a truly classic design, showcased in the lavish coffee table picture book "Radios Redux" by Philip Collins. Beautiful swirl cabinet that is in nearly flawless condition save for one minor stress crack next to the dial scale. Featuring an upside-down mounted chassis, this is an early production model and does not have a lighted dial. A strong tested set of tubes, it has been recapped, aligned, controls cleaned/lubricated, & new line cord installed. The original loop antenna was missing, and a substitute installed along with a long wire which will be needed for reception beyond strong local stations. A Bluetooth/MP3 player 3.5mm cord has been installed for another listening option beyond the standard AM broadcasts. You can plug into your device and enjoy the music of your choice through the radio. I offer a quantity discount on my radios priced at $119.
