Brewster 9-1084 (1946)
(plastic tube table radio)

Brewster 9-1084 (1946)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

I offer a quantity discount on my radios, so check out my other listings and drop me a line if you're interested in more than one. A Bluetooth/MP3 player 3.5mm cord has been installed for another listening option beyond the standard AM broadcasts. You can plug into your device and enjoy the music of your choice through the radio. This off-brand radio, built by the Meissner Mfg. Div. of Illinois' Maguire Industries is actually somewhat rare. The "Brewster" name may be a one-off, unique to this model alone. It features a beautiful crack-free cabinet with a stunning marble swirl pattern. Clean, sleek machine-age lines that's very appealing. The entire front panel is illuminated which really pops in a darkened room. It has been recapped, aligned, tubes tested strong, controls cleaned & lubricated, so it plays loud and clear across the dial with its built-in loop antenna. New line cord and back cover. Receives AM & Shortwave (SW may be more active at night with a long antenna attached). 13"W x 7"H x 8"D.
