| 1937 Stromberg-Carlson model 228H. Six tubes, AM/Shortwave/Police reception. An exceptional radio at a non-exceptional price! The cabinet is beautiful with the well know Stromberg Carlson quality. The dial graphics are excellent and the dial glass has no cracks or chips. The bright tuning eye is a NOS replacement and work as designed. The radio has been recapped and all other components such as tubes and resisters have been tested and replaced where bad or weak. New power cord. Plays well! 10-1/2"W x 11-1/4"H x 8-3/4"D. Shipping depends on your location but I use UPS and get a nice discount which I pass on to you. I accept checks, Venmo or PayPal Friends and Family. Radio will be expertly packed and promptly shipped. Please review all photos as they are an important park of the description. |
